DOMESTIC ORDERS

 

Domestic orders are eligible for refund, exchange, or online store credit if the return is initiated within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition to qualify for return. We define new as unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criteria.

Items must be shipped within 15 days of original delivery date. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned

 

EXCHANGE OR RETURN

 

To initiate the exchange or return process, complete and include the return form and affix the prepaid shipping label to your package. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund, exchange or credit. Shipping is free on all exchanges within the United States. If a requested style is unavailable, the amount will be refunded or store credit will be issued. We'll be contacting our customer for further assistance.

 

REFUND

 

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment. We’ll send you an email with your refund confirmation.

 

FINAL SALE

 

All final sale items are final sale and not accepted for refund or exchange. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. This qualifies as a Refund Disapproval please read below for more info.

 

FAILED DELIVERIES

We ship to the address provided. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, Alma is not responsible for return shipping costs or the cost of re-shipping merchandise.

REFUND DISAPPROVAL

Any returns received postmarked after 15 days from the delivery date or failed returns New Condition Policy are ineligible for refund and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
